On site we look at how the building is actually laid out. That includes where a camera can see a door, where block walls will kill a wireless signal, and whether an existing recorder or panel is worth keeping. Weekday hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday 9AM to 4PM. If you are locked out of an app or a camera is down, say so in the message and include the city.
