Security work in Chandler

Chandler splits into two kinds of work. West of Arizona Avenue and around the older downtown grid, houses and small shops sit on lots that were built before every room had a network drop. East of there, and south through Ocotillo, the houses are master-planned, the HOA already has a rule about camera color and mount height, and the network closet is a structured-wiring panel in the laundry room. We read those rules before we drill, because a camera the HOA makes you move is a wasted day.

The Price Road corridor is a different job again. Offices, suppliers, and light industrial bays need cameras on the dock and the lobby, a door contact on the suite, and a phone system the front desk can actually transfer. A residential alarm kit does not cover a warehouse bay with a roll-up door. We treat the suite as a business: recorder on a real switch, guest Wi-Fi kept off the cameras, and a handset or app that rings the people who are supposed to answer after the front desk goes home.

Homeowners in Ocotillo, the downtown bungalows, and the neighborhoods between them usually call about the same two gaps: the gate or side yard the doorbell misses, and an alarm panel that was installed by a national company and then abandoned. We can replace the panel, keep compatible sensors when they are worth keeping, and add cameras without ripping the whole house open. If the HOA requires a specific finish, bring the guideline to the walkthrough.
